Fitness Customer Service: Casual

We are currently seeking Customer Service Casuals with availability across morning, afternoon and weekend shifts.

This role is based with our Fitness Centre team and actively communicates information to members, guests, prospective members and across the NCIE Fitness team, either in person or by phone.

Casual employment can include scheduled shifts (Mon-Fri 6:00-21:00; Sat 8:00-18:00; Sun 10:00-18:00) and on-call relief coverage. 

You will need
• a current certificate in Provide First Aid
• minimum one year experience in retail, front-line sales or equivalent service delivery position
• excellent customer service and communication capabilities
• Barista certificate, or equivalent commercial coffee service expeirence
• hold a NSW Working with Children clearance for employment; will consent to a National Police Check
• ability to communicate effectively and work constructively with Aboriginal people and Torres Strait Islanders, with a knowledge and understanding of their cultures

• current NSW Drivers Licence
