After-School Program Supervisor(s), Casual


About the position


Our small team of Supervisors plan, guide and evaluate a range of daily activities - arts, cultural, sporting/physical, crafts etc. to suit student interests. They also drive our van to collect participants from local schools, prepare snacks, help with homework, encourage group interaction and share stories with the children. You really need to be an all-rounder and willing to get involved.

Past experience in OOSH, education or childcare would be an advantage.

About you

Child safety is paramount, so we need:

• Full drivers licence (C class), and willingness to drive our passenger vans to do local school collections
• Availability Mon-Fri 2:30 - 6:00 pm in school terms, with extra hours in School Holidays if possible
• Highly developed communication skills - great listeners, ability to build trust
• Willingness to coach young Indigenous people, share your life stories and skills
• NSW Working with Children Employee clearance and consent to conduct a National Police Check
