Accommodation & Conferences Assistant

The Accommodation & Conference Assistant is an ideal role for someone with administrative and customer service skills, wanting to work for an organisation that makes a difference. The National Centre of Indigenous Excellence is a leading social enterprise based in Redfern. The busy Hospitality enterprise delivers high quality conferencing, accommodation and catering services to a broad client base from corporate to government to community organisations.

The role assists is an integral part of a small team that delivers these services. The incumbent will support all aspects of the client service process: bookings, communication, delivery of a smooth event. It is an great mix of administration, direct client service, relationship development and event setup and packup. Flexibility to work early in the mornings and evenings is required, as is a drivers licence. The role is currently part time (at least 3 days a week) or full time, growing to full-time in January 2018.
