Fighting FIT is back! Sessions start Mon 23 Feb

When 23 February – 1 April 2015 

All sessions will run for 1 hour from 6pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

What you get

  • Pre and post fitness testing

  • 13 X 1-hour challenging group training sessions

  • 2 X 1-hour nutrition workshops (25 February and 11 March)

  • A registration pack including a Fighting Fit training singlet and boxing inners

  • A training mentor to provide you with valuable assistance throughout and keep you on track for the 6 weeks

  • End of program social BBQ/get together

Who should register?
Regardless of your current level of fitness, if you want to improve your all round strength, stamina and team work, then this training challenge is for you. Minimum age for registration is 18 years.
