NCIE’s beautifully restored heritage listed meeting and conference spaces can host up to 150 guests with small, medium and large rooms available.

The Excellence Package

Morning Tea: House baked sweet & savoury items

Lunch: Your choice of a selection of gourmet sandwiches, wraps and rolls & fruit platter

OR A chef cooked gourmet BBQ lunch of two meat selections with two salads, bread rolls and fruit platter

Afternoon Tea: House baked sweet & savoury items

$125 per person full day / $77 per person half day*


*Half day selection includes either morning tea and lunch; OR lunch and afternoon tea.

**Full day booking only.


Packages include room hire, flexible room set up options (theatre, u-shape, boardroom, cabaret, classroom or custom), wi-fi, AV, flipcharts notebooks, pens, and continuous tea, coffee, water & mints. Full-day or half-day packages available.

The NCIE’s dining hall opens on to the main entry courtyard. It’s suitable for lunches, dinners and receptions, community events and celebrations and launches. It is also the main dining location for our accommodation and conference guests. The NCIE’s full commercial kitchen is adjacent to the dining hall with a service and buffet area for all catering requirements.

Banquet or Theatre style: up to 100 people

  • 65” HD TV with HDMI input (mounted)

NCIE's heritage conference rooms can be configured as one large space or two separate rooms: large, Bidjigal Room and small, Wangal Room. With an abundance of natural light, beautiful high ceilings and natural ventilation if desired, our conference rooms are an ideal non-corporate meeting space or event location.

The space can be transformed to suit your needs.
