How does it work?
Your trainer will build a personalised fitness program which can include techniques like: weights, high intensity cardio, kettle bells, complex movements, boxing or aquatics based exercises. You name your goals like: strength gains, cardio endurance, increased flexibility, core strength or just general fitness.
Sessions start at $70 for 45 minutes of one-on-one personal training with discounts available for pre-purchased multi-packs. We can also offer small group training sessions so you can split the cost with friends.
From as early as 6am or as late as 8pm on weekdays & weekends*.

* Personal training available until 6pm on weekends. All bookings are conditional on trainer availability.
