Personal Training
How does it work?
Your trainer will build a personalised fitness program which can include techniques like: weights, high intensity cardio, kettle bells, complex movements, boxing or aquatics based exercises. You name your goals like: strength gains, cardio endurance, increased flexibility, core strength or just general fitness.
Cost
Sessions start at $70 for 45 minutes of one-on-one personal training with discounts available for pre-purchased multi-packs. We can also offer small group training sessions so you can split the cost with friends.

From as early as 6am or as late as 8pm on weekdays & weekends*.

BEST EXPERIENCE WITH A CLIENT
Working with an elderly client who recently had a hip replacement and wanted to get back playing golf without feeling pain. Over a period of time he noticed improvements in strength and reductions in pain. It was very special to be able to play a role in working towards his goal and to see the joy it brought to him.

My best experience was with aclient who was diagnosed with mild Parkinson’s Disease. We trained for two months, following a specific training plan. Our re-testing at the end showed that he gained strength and reduced his waist volume.
