Personal Training


The best way to achieve your fitness goals is to take advantage of the skilled NCIE Personal Training Team. One-on-one or small group training can be scheduled to suit your lifestyle and your fitness goals.

How does it work?

Your trainer will build a personalised fitness program which can include techniques like: weights, high intensity cardio, kettle bells, complex movements, boxing or aquatics based exercises. You name your goals like: strength gains, cardio endurance, increased flexibility, core strength or just general fitness.

Cost

Sessions start at $70 for 45 minutes of one-on-one personal training with discounts available for pre-purchased multi-packs. We can also offer small group training sessions so you can split the cost with friends.

From as early as 6am or as late as 8pm on weekdays & weekends*.

  3. See reception (or email fitness@ncie.org.au) to check on trainer availability, cost breakdown and to book.
  4. Meet with your trainer to discuss your goals and create a personalised training plan.
  5. You’re off and training!

I never thought I was good enough and I began to live what I’d now consider a very unhealthy lifestyle. Over the years I’ve been involved in many sports including basketball, cricket, athletics, rugby union and rugby league. Rugby is what brought me here to Australia in January 2016. Sydney is where I’ve settled and I’m now looking forward to sharing my passion for fitness and helping others find and achieve their training goals.

Being able to watch them grow and succeed in the sport has been a major highlight of my career. This can also been said about weight loss challenges, where my guidance assisted in a positive transformation of the clients bodies and their overall lifestyle.

My best experience was with aclient who was diagnosed with mild Parkinson’s Disease. We trained for two months, following a specific training plan. Our re-testing at the end showed that he gained strength and reduced his waist volume.
