About the Job

The purpose of this role is to support members of NCIE Fitness to get the most out of their membership. This will involve transitioning interested members into personal training, engaging members in group fitness sessions, increasing membership numbers and retention rates.

Our purpose built community Fitness Centre is 2,000 members strong, and open to all.  We currently have 40% Indigenous membership.

This role is offered on a casual basis, with up to 15 hours per week required on the gym floor as well as the opportunity to take on 1-2 permanent group fitness classes per week.

About You

You will be friendly and approachable with a commitment to high-quality customer service. You will have interest and experience in the fitness industry, and be able to facilitate and develop a range of programs.
