About the Job
The purpose of this role is to coordinate the continuous improvement and monitoring of the HR and WHS Systems that underpins all activities, programs and enterprises across the NCIE site.

This is a one-year full-time contract.

About You
You will have prior experience in HR and WHS, demonstrated skills in recruitment and proven ability to display sound judgement and maintain confidentiality in relation to sensitive matters. You will have effective communications skills and the ability to deliver WHS initiatives across the organisation.
