The six-week challenge – part of our popular Strength Series – focuses on structure and technique and will build your strength, performance and confidence in the gym.

Seriously Strength

Our Strength Series trainers will educate and guide you through effective strength training techniques. The focus on structure and technique will help you build confidence in your training so you can train harder and better.

Last Strength Series participant Manari particularly loved the focus on strength and technique.

“I really enjoyed the format and backing that up with personal training sessions meant you could ask questions and work on challenges one on one. Learning how to train smarter has been really valuable,” she said.

The six-week challenge includes:

  • Two 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions
  • Exclusive team training
  • Before and after InBody scans
  • Weekly support from trainers
  • Workshops on posture, core and recovery
  • Nutritional health advice
  • Weekly personal strength programs
