The Arnhem Land supergroup, East Journey have been nominated for Best New Talent and Best Film Clip at this year’s National Indigenous Music Awards. Bright Lights Big City is the latest single release from East Journey taken off their upcoming “East Journey featuring Yothu Yindi: The Genesis Project” due for release September 2014. We asked the group the inspiration behind their great beats and what Indigenous Excellence means to them.
