With the launch of NCIE Fitness’ new Autumn Group Fitness Timetable, the team are excited to announce two NEW classes being added to the schedule.
The new classes start from Monday 11 March– along with the new Autumn timetable- and are part of the 60 group fitness classes offered weekly included with every NCIE Fitness membership!
You’ll be sure to develop a healthy love/hate relationship with our Total class! Total combines the best of boxing, compound strength training, and cardiorespiratory conditioning. You’ll continue to develop your knowledge of movement and exercise, and really learn how hard you can push yourself.
Total 45/60 will be run in the Multipurpose Zone on Mondays at 6:30pm (Total45), Tuesdays at 6:10am (Total45) and Thursdays at 12:00pm (Total60).
Mums & Bubs
A challenging workout in a supportive group environment. Class content generally includes a mix of cardio and fundamental strength based exercises in a circuit format. This is a supervised group program. Mums are encouraged to bring their young ones to this session but there is no supplied childcare. Your child/ren must be in a pram or sitting to the side.

Mums & Bubs will be run in the Multipurpose Zone on Mondays and Fridays at 10:00am
