Back in March, as COVID-19 restrictions began, NCIE Fitness decided to go virtual.

It started as the NCIE 6 Week Social Fitnessing Challenge which then evolved into five weekday Virtual Fitness classes. The classes helped build not only participants’ strength and cardio, but confidence too.

One of our Virtual Fitness participants, Rosie, took on the challenge because she was looking for an exercise routine that was fun, flexible, and supportive.

I loved that I could work out anytime, anywhere. It was great for my schedule. I could access live classes or the pre-recorded ones when it suited me.”

I have never been a gym person, but these virtual fitness classes are inclusive and motivating. I love that there are alternative exercises if youre not feeling advanced. My confidence around being active and feeling stronger has increased so much.”

For nearly 5 months, NCIE Fitness has been live streaming into peoples homes providing fun, supportive and motivational classes.

Now that NSW restrictions have eased, Virtual Fitness will be coming to an end this September,  which means you can get access to all your favourite trainers and classes in person onsite at NCIE Fitness!
