The Spring Group Fitness Timetable starts Monday 9 September with some excellent new additions.

NCIE’s Group Fitness Classes are a great way to work out in a friendly, group environment, and we’ve got over 60 classes to choose from each week.

Here’s what’s new this Spring at NCIE Fitness:

Outdoor classes are back!

Warmer evenings mean our 6pm Warrior and Cross classes are back on in the Outdoor Court pictured above (weather permitting).

Sisters and Aunties

Sisters and Aunties classes are on at 10am Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. It’s a circuit class mixing strength and cardio. Please talk to a trainer or the team at reception to enrol in this class.

Sisters and Aunties is on thanks to the support of the Family and Community Services’ ‘Investing in Women’ Program.

Strength 45/60

Our Strength60 class was a hit during winter, so we’ve added two more.

Improve you weights technique and increase your strength Mondays at 6:10am, Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Wednesdays at 12pm.
