In early December, 17 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people joined the ranks of professional drone flyers, thanks to the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence (NCIE) Indigenous Digital Excellence (IDX) Initiative.

THE STREAMS CONNECT SUMMIT AT THE NCIE
In October, the inaugural STREAMS Connect Summit, organised by IndigiLab, took place at the NCIE. Leaders and thinkers such as Bruce Pascoe and Sydney Lord Mayor Clover Moore participated in the thought-provoking event.
