The first Transformation Challenge for 2019 begins on Wednesday 13 February!

NCIE’s Transformation Challenges are a great opportunity for NCIE Fitness members to get motivated and increase fitness and nutrition, while being supported by a group of highly skilled trainers and your challenge mates.

Transformation Challenges are always a hit, and everyone from the last challenge achieved some pretty incredible results.

As a team, the last group of Challengers decreased their body fat by 30% overall, and increased muscle mass by 10kgs. General strength and endurance also increased, with the group collectively improving across all areas measured, including:

  • Push-ups increased + 160 Reps
  • Plank time increased + 8.5min
  • Pull-ups increased +100 Reps
  • Squats increased + 130 Reps
