Photo: Some of the delicious new single-serve meals available at NCIE Catering. Yum!
We’ve been working hard to adapt our services to respond to COVID-19, and we’re so excited to bring you two excellent ways you can engage with NCIE during this time.
Let us feed you with our Catering service, and let us motivate you with our new Virtual Fitness Challenge!
NCIE Catering
The team at NCIE Catering are excited to make your life easier (and more delicious!) while we’re all dealing with the effects of COVID-19.
We’ve reduced the minimum spend from $300 to $100 and reduced minimum order quantities on most individual items- perfect if you’re working from home, or looking for a quick, healthy way to feed the family.
Head over to the catering page to order all of your usual favourites as well as newly added single serve microwaveable meals (pictured above) such as: Vegetable Curry with Cucumber Raita & Basmati Rice, Pasta Bolognese with Parmesan Cheese or Chicken Cacciatore with Rice Pilaf.
There’s also a home essentials pack which includes fresh fruit, veg, meat and other kitchen staples.
NCIE Fitness Virtual Fitness Challenge
Missing the motivation of NCIE’s Trainers? Good news- we’re going online!
Our Virtual Fitness (aka Social Fitnessing) Challenge kicks off Monday 27 April- but you can join at anytime!
You’ll get:
- Weekly check-ins with an NCIE Personal Trainer
- Virtual Group Fitness Classes every weekday (HIIT, tabata, strength & more)
- Access to a challenge-only Facebook group with nutrition advice, workout videos and fun group challenges to keep you motivated.
This is an excellent way to stay connected with NCIE Fitness, and a great way to try out our classes if you’re not yet a member!
Cost: $75 for members, $90 for non-members.
Send an email to fitness@ncie.org.au to sign up or find out more!
We are so grateful for your support of NCIE during this time, which directly creates jobs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
