2020 has been a year of many challenges, but it’s also been a year where we’ve seen our community come together in ways no one could have anticipated.

All of us at NCIE would like to say a huge THANK YOU for your amazing support in 2020, we could not have done it without you!

Whether you came to the gym, swam in the pool, ordered our food, came to an event, made a donation, followed us on FacebookInstagramTwitter or LinkedIn, supported our programs and everything in between- thank you.

Here are just a few of our favourite 2020 moments:

NCIE is 10 – 2020 marked a decade since we opened our doors at the site of the former Redfern Public School.

The artwork was created for NCIE’s tenth anniversary by Gomeroi/Gamillaraay artist Dennis Golding.

Launching Blak Impact – The team was founded on elevating First Nations excellence and practices to deliver sustainable outcomes for communities.

NAIDOC at NCIE – We held a week-long virtual celebration featuring deadly online events, a special story time and two panel discussions during 2020 NAIDOC.

Once again, thank you for all of your support this year.

From everyone at NCIE, have a safe and happy holiday season.
